Enterprise - property.

I popped onto FFFFOUND in search for work for my context blog but in the process of this came across, mainly for fun, some really informal interiors for an office. I think they were originally meant for a home but would be interesting to bring that aesthetic into a really relaxed but creatively inspiring place to work.

More obvious charities.

WITHIN A COMPANY...

I have been thinking a lot more about studio's and places I could imagine myself working without going crazy. I think it is important for me to realise that I work best when there is a problem to solve and where it involves me having to be passionate about the cause. If I was to work within a studio who are sent varying briefs from a variation of clients I could imagine I would struggle to really be excited about every single one.
Therefore, in considering this i have been looking into companies/charities who need graphic designers within their community to work efficiently and to reach the people who need reaching.

One place specifically is Christian aid.

I feel there would be a lot for me to get excited and passion about as well as having a large variation of brief's to fullfill within the company. I am hoping to give them a call today so as to get an idea as to how I would go about sending them my work/what they would need from me.

Possible work for my portfolio

I have chosen a range of my work from across the past two years. though could easily break this down more. I would really like to include stills from the two animations I have also produced though need to ask a couple of questions regarding the best way to do this.

blok graphic - London

I like some of bloc graphic's work but I think the website isn't quite up to scratch. really plain without any personality or originality.
It seems that as a Graphic designer it is really important to get your appearance right - although will no doubt be the hardest thing to design of everything.
It will be like writing your own brief where your client is a perfectionist. I think the website and business card has got to be really well considered but not just tailored to the market but also shows exactly who you are as a designer, quirky, print based, colourful etc.
I want to look further into this concept as I develop my portfolio and my own brand.

Because... Manchester

I have got a lot of imagery in this post but I really love because' work. They seem aware of what is going on in the world as well as putting their own stamp on the design industry and creating work which is exciting colourful and challenging.
I am Looking forward to getting in touch with them or even just visiting their studio for an afternoon to see how they go about creating this kind of work.

I love these cute little illustrations, how simple but effective within the right context they are.
It sheds a little light on my own illustrative skills as I do struggle with detail so there is hope for me yet! It really does work well.

this is really simple again but very beautiful. The stoke has been well considered as well as the foil blocked type.

It seems that any company aware of world problems needs to be able to produce visually stimulating publications.
The amount of information that needs to be included is intense and so you need to have some skill to make it as interesting as it should be.
They have definitely inspired me with the use of colour and illustration.

BURN EVERYTHING - Liverpool

I was initally drawn to this studio because of the array of 3dimensional work they have produced. I love that design can come in all sorts of shapes and sizes and having something on a large scale eg type design at the bottom of post, really stands out.
As soon as I then continued looking through their work I was excited to see their focus on typography and simple imagery along with some photography.
